Brain Platform

Brain is building a vertically integrated platform that solves the core challenge of deploying AI agents in finance: control, coordination, and distribution. It combines a stablecoin neobank, an agent execution framework, and a developer marketplace into a single programmable financial environment.

The result is a programmable bank for AI agents.

The Three Layers

🏦 Neobank

Stablecoin and IBAN accounts with debit cards. Structured sub-accounts define how agents access and spend funds.

⚙️ Agent Execution

AI agents execute trading, payments, and capital management within predefined permissions and risk controls.

🛒 Marketplace

Developers build and monetize financial agents. Users discover and deploy automation tools in one place.

Neobank Layer

At the foundation of the Brain platform is a stablecoin neobank that gives users and agents a real financial home, not just a wallet.

What it provides:

  • Stablecoin accounts — hold, send, and receive stablecoins natively

  • IBAN accounts — connect to traditional banking rails for fiat inflows and outflows

  • Debit cards — spend directly from account balances in the real world

  • Structured sub-accounts — allocate capital into discrete buckets that define exactly how AI agents can access and use funds

Sub-accounts are the core primitive for safe agent delegation. Each sub-account carries its own spending limits, permitted actions, and risk controls — so users can give agents real financial access without handing over the keys to everything.

Agent Execution Layer

On top of the neobank infrastructure, Brain enables AI agents to execute financial actions autonomously within permissions and risk controls configured by the user.

Agents on the Brain platform can:

  • Trade — execute swaps, manage positions, and respond to market conditions

  • Make payments — send stablecoin payments to counterparties, settle invoices, fund sub-accounts

  • Manage capital — allocate, reallocate, and optimise across strategies and positions

All agent actions are constrained by the sub-account configuration set by the user. Agents cannot exceed their defined limits, access funds outside their permitted scope, or take actions not covered by their policy.

The agentic execution layer is powered by the Brain Protocol — an open, standards-based infrastructure layer for agent identity, permissions, and payments. Learn more about the Brain Protocol

Agent Marketplace

Brain includes a marketplace where developers can build, publish, and monetize financial agents, where users can discover and deploy them without writing any code.

For developers:

  • Build financial agents using the Brain SDK and protocol

  • Publish agents to the marketplace with configurable pricing

  • Earn revenue when users deploy and use your agents

For users:

  • Browse agents by category — trading, payments, capital management, analytics

  • Deploy an agent to your account in one click

  • Set sub-account limits to control what each agent can access and spend

The marketplace creates a two-sided ecosystem: developers are incentivised to build better agents, and users get access to a growing library of financial automation tools — all within a platform that enforces safety and control by design.

How the Layers Work Together

1

User funds a Brain account

Deposit stablecoins or connect via IBAN. Funds sit in your main account under your full control.

2

User creates a sub-account

Define a spending limit, permitted asset types, and a time window. This becomes the agent's financial scope.

3

User deploys an agent

Choose an agent from the marketplace or deploy a custom one. Assign it to the sub-account.

4

Agent executes within its permissions

The agent trades, pays, or manages capital. All within the sub-account's defined boundaries. Every action is logged.

5

User monitors and adjusts

Review activity, adjust limits, pause or replace agents at any time. Full control remains with the user.

Designed for Control

Every design decision in the Brain platform is built around one principle: users always retain control over their capital.

Principle
How Brain Enforces It

Scoped access

Sub-accounts define exactly what each agent can touch

Spend limits

Hard caps on daily, weekly, or per-transaction amounts

Risk controls

Permitted asset types, time windows, and action categories

Full auditability

Every agent action is logged and traceable

Instant revocation

Pause or remove any agent at any time
